has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has patio doors which lead onto the
balcony and has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. Access
to this first floor apartment is by either stairs or elevator(2) and is
suitable for wheelchair users. The Apartment has Satellite TV, a DVD Player,
and a C/D Hi Fi System and is air conditioned (Both hot & Cold). It is
requested that smoking is restricted to the terrace areas only - Smoking is
not permitted inside the apartment. Sorry, no Pets allowed in the apartment.

A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required to secure the reservation
with the balance due 4 weeks prior to travel, together with a returnable
deposit of £100 to cover any damages and for the return of the apartment
